What percentage of proxies from free lists are non-working?

I've checked tons of proxies from different sites and almost none of them work. Is this the case for everyone, or just me? With what it can be connected? Here are the sites I took proxies from:

Are you specifying the proxy type correctly?
I advise: socks4 , socks5
update every 10 minutes, a high percentage of "live"
(if you are from the Russian Federation, some of the proxies may not be available beyond the ILV)
