What PDF editing software should you use?

It is necessary to cut the pages from the magazine in PDF format into separate articles ("Hacker" magazine). I would like to create for myself a selection of interesting articles, so that it is clear from the title what it is about. I'm currently using Foxit Advanced PDF Editor, but there are not hotkeys for all actions, and when the number of numbers is > 200, it's very hard to work. Maybe there are more convenient options so that you can extract and delete pages from the keyboard?

you can batch export everything to jpg \ tiff images and delete the extra ones, the text layer will really be lost
