What payment systems do you know (sale of real goods and virtual services, $ and RUB, without automatic conversion)?

Hello.
Type of activity - sale of Russian and foreign goods (including real ones), pre-order of goods around the world.
Required accounts - currency (USD) and ruble (RUB).
Conversion - there should not be automatic conversion into rubles or another currency (i.e. if the payment came in rubles, it should be in rubles and fixed, and if in USD, then it should be fixed in USD).
Does anyone know other payment systems (Russian and / or foreign) that fit the specified framework?
PS: We know about paypal.com (commission up to 5% is scary) and payeer.com (do not accept stores selling real goods).
We heard about walletone.com and webmoney.ru (we are still thinking about them).
