A website will be created on which funds will be collected for some (legitimate) purposes in Kazakhstan. But the site will be dubbed in English for the west. Is there any unified payment system, with a large number of ways and ease of cashing out for Kazakhstan. The factor is also important - do not open an individual entrepreneur, limited liability partnership, joint-stock company, etc. for this, but conduct a collection for an individual or an NPO.
