What payment acceptance services can be used in Kazakhstan?

I wrote an online gift shop of all sorts now the customer wants to accept payments from bank cards.
Epay from Kazkom generally accepts cards only from the CIS and the limit is only 100,000 tenge per day.
Tell me if there are any services with which you can connect the gateway and accept payment at least from the Europeans of Australia?
Because local souvenirs are not needed at all.
