What password manager for linux do you recommend?

You need to store passwords so that you can beat them into categories.
Let's say there is a project with a list of passwords for it (accounts, databases, from the server, etc.)
I would like to just switch between projects and take what I need.
In general, you need something more convenient and safer than a folder with a txt file.
At the same time, without clouds, the simpler the software, the better.
What do you advise? Preferably gtk-based

For myself, KeePassXC did not find anything more convenient.

I use KeePass 1 under wine.
Available for all platforms, including iPhones and Androids. The base is in the cloud.
