What partner programs exist for stand-alone software?

I am aware of several affiliate programs:
yandex elements - but it requires a huge number of downloads;
sputnik mail ru - but the reputation of @mail.ru software is now exclusively adware/spyware, which will negatively affect the reputation of the developer who contacts them;
sourceforge.net - but unfortunately I did not find a page with a clear description of the affiliate program (maybe I was looking badly?);
with google, I also suspect not everything is so simple (installing Google Chrome).
Are there any other analogues with a fairly simple "entrance", clear terms of cooperation and a more or less tolerable reputation, both among beneficiaries (developers) and among users who have received additional. software (toolbars) into the "load"? I have about 500-1000 downloads per month (cumulatively).
