What parameters are passed to the cart.update function?

I need to make a button to decrease the quantity of goods in the cart by 1.
I add it via cart.add, everything is clear there.
And as I understand it, you need to reduce it through cart.update. What parameters should be passed for this?

Don't like input type="number"? You can make it self-written in js if you need a custom design.
