What paid email service can you recommend?

Good afternoon,
please advise a paid email service.
Now I'm using google for domains (old plan for 50 users). Gmail and Yandex.
Not satisfied with any. Google can ban for no reason, and for not having support in Google, we lose everything acquired by overwork.
Yandex "freaks", writes off money from i.money and does not even allow you to recover the password for this service.
After Yandex writes off the last penny, it seems to me that it will be a minus and hire collectors.
I would like to be able to attach my domain and set up catchall, imapS, smtpS and a human support on the phone.
I will be glad for answers.

When not a single commercial suits you, you need to make your own.
You can do your own, from scratch, or you can take, for example, Zimbra (under Linux) or MailEnable (under Windows).
