Found it and decided to revive it.
RAM 256 mb
HDD (SSD) 2 gb + microSD 32gb
What will go on it, with waffle support?

Well, there are projects specifically for such cases, such as DSP Linux. Probably Puppy Linux can show itself on the good side (it can be installed on a disk like a regular system). Well, you probably already know about archeological versions of Windows.
