There are definitely no free ones. Of the paid ones, in principle, there is nothing normal either, the exception is on all sorts of "dark" forums to buy protection for one copy of the program.
As an option, rewrite ConfuserEx or install several .Net Reactor + ConfuserEx protections with a light degree of protection so as not to break the software. It will turn out a hodgepodge, which will not be so easy to open.
The last defense should not be those that de4dot can open.
This applies to both .Net Reactor and Dotfuscator.
