What needs to be fixed to get the server up and running?

When running, the server stops with the error java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, when passing, set -Xmx, -Xms, -XX:MaxPermSize the server simply does not start, and java swears Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap. RAM is MORE than enough.
