I noticed that I can't log in because of TMG. At the same time, replacing the router with a simple NAT device helps to log in.

Generally speaking, nothing. It does work - I tried it.
F5 press maybe cache.
If the password contains Russian letters, then check the Block high bit characters checkbox.
