What microframeworks are currently used to organize the json-restful-api?

The question arose of organizing an api for a finished application, but adding functionality to it is somehow expensive. It seems to me that it will be easier and faster to do this through the microframework.

Try Silex , Slim or FatFree .
I have used them all - highly recommended!
My preference is Slim and for him slim/pdo to work with the database.
How big is your application and how complex is the business logic, maybe yii2 will suit you , they have different structures, take basic.
