What methods/models exist for geolocation-based forecasting?

I will describe the task using an example:
Let's say there is a base of water bodies in Russia, where people enter the results of their every fishing trip (the place of fishing - the coordinates, the number of bites, the number of tails caught, what they caught, and so on, up to the weather). We accumulate this knowledge for several years. And now we want to build a forecast for each new day, where the place (coordinates or some area, even the area will be better) and how much it will peck. What forecasting methods can be tried for this? I would like to take into account the seasonal component.
Used at one time ARPSS (Arima) for other tasks, it is quite good, but here I have a question - how to represent the geo-coordinates parameter. And are standard forecasting methods/models suitable for such a task?
