What materials would you recommend for learning php?

Please advise good and relevant video tutorials on learning php.
The problem is that there are many of them and not all of them are informative, quite outdated. It's very hard to find something suitable.
Also, interesting literature on learning and useful tips :)
I know HTML, CSS well, JS superficially. With php, I had experience in developing an admin panel (import / export) of data, feedback forms, but nothing more.
