What machine learning video courses do you recommend?

There was a need for a qualitative study of machine learning, both in theory and its application in python. I myself study it at the university, but little knowledge is given to us and the whole point comes down to self-education. I looked at the list of courses on coursera, udemy, etc., but I can not understand what is better to choose. There are no problems with English, if anything.
