What load can be called Highload?
Are you interested in some numbers after which you can beat yourself in the chest and say at an interview that you have experience in developing highly loaded systems?
I want to hear something like
x - messages per second
y - messages per day
z - people online

What is highload? Where is the bar, when high, and when not?
What is highload?
highload is, rather, not about loads / RPS, but about 24/7 availability and the absence of points of failure. Well, about the possibility of scaling.
That is, in most cases, highload is the _ability_ to accept large loads without problems (having fed the project with iron), and not their real presence. Naturally, confirmed by load testing.
And so, everything that is less than 20 thousand requests per second is the little things in life.
