What Linux to install on Asus ZenBook ux310u laptop?

What we have:
Ultrabook Asus zenbook ux310ua with core i3-7100U, 4GB of RAM and Windows 10 on board
Desire to transfer the laptop to linux
On a desktop computer I use Fedora Gnome.
What you need:
Write websites
Program in Python
Watch videos
Use programs from JetBrains (PhpStorm, PyCharm)
Work with servers. It is possible to use Putty.
My options:
Linux Mint 19.1 XFCE
Ubuntu Budge 18.10
