What license to choose/write for a mobile app template?
Hi all. Recently, I have read a lot about open source and even translated several large articles about it, almost half the book. I like a lot there. Especially the fact that people can observe the process of work, fix bugs together and discuss software development. But what I noticed is that open source (especially licenses) seem to be designed for highly specialized technical modules: many people contribute there, and then reuse this code in many projects, removing the burden of technical routine... When I made a subtitle parser module for various types, I didn’t even have questions and I immediately issued him a permissive MIT license. -- because this is a technical routine, an engine compartment module in any other project.
Now my project is a mobile application template (react-native). This is already a more complete and less routine thing - you can put text and files (content) there and they will be assembled into a finished application that can be sold in stores. And I'm looking for examples of such templates in the github (to see the licenses) and I don't find it. What I find are stores that sell app templates. And their licenses are very closed - to just look at the code for educational purposes - pay from $100, and to build your application on it, pay from $200 or more (and these are simple things, something close to a business card with a couple of screens). And here is what type of licenses they have (very strict): https://market.nativebase.io/licenses
I named my template ULA -- universal learning app. It builds an application from markdown text and media files organized into folders. For example, there is a phrase player, there are polls, video, audio, formatted text. On the one hand, something like coursers (watch videos, read texts, take tests). On the other hand, I also want to embrace language features (listen to the audio and fill in the gaps in the sentence, etc.) or listen to the word, choose the correct translation (as in duolingo). Several publishers have sponsored me a little, on the condition that I remake some of their content in this format.
In general, I don’t know how to choose the right license, although I have read a lot on this topic ...
If you listen to your heart, this is what I want:
1) a private person for a non-commercial application can freely take and use a template (for example, put their favorite classic book from public access there with voice acting, like immersive reading from kindle, or place knitting courses from a grandmother in a kind of coursers with test tasks and an exam ... )
2) for commercial use - must purchase a license for $200
3) organizations or developers who want to reuse the template must separately agree with me ...
4) everyone can see the code, what stack is used, estimate the work related to maintaining the project on this template, evaluate the frequency of updates, report bugs, etc.
So far, I have found only such an option, more or less similar to what I want: copyleft license (GNU GPL v3) + sale of a separate commercial license. Such a model is described, for example, here: https://github.com/nayafia/lemonade-stand#copyleft...
What open source sympathizes with me - I want people to delve into the topic, study, try, discuss, write about bugs, ask about incomprehensible moments, assessed their ability to find an assistant - without any barriers that template stores create (first pay the loot, we will send you the code), etc.
But at the same time, given that it took me half a year to do this job, and I see that such things are not particularly lying around anywhere, I want to earn money too (not only on services, consultations - as they usually advise open source, but also on licenses, and then on a subscription to updates). There are also many ideas and plans for development, and I see the social benefits of the project - I would like to fully focus on it and not be distracted for the sake of earning money on other projects.
Who understands the topic, please advise what to do in this situation?
Which license to choose, how best to move on?

these are licenses, not Tibetan mantras, it is not necessary to look for 1 in 1. you take a familiar practicing lawyer + beer and sculpt on the basis of any license for a similar business model.
