What library to use for Whatsapp?

Tell me, pliz, a library so that you can send and receive messages from others in PHP (version - no difference). Will be used on a Linux server.
OK - if not on PHP, then you can have a binary with rest api or a thread to run vatsap on the server and be able to receive and send messages

There are no workers under php.
There is only a dubious solution under python https://github.com/tgalal/yowsup .
