What library is suitable for building simple graphs?

Need a library for drawing simple drawings (rectangle, square, polygon) and then you need to calculate the area and perimeter from these figures, maybe there is something simple?
I liked the implementation of drawings in SmartDraw, Easyceiling, but I don’t know what they are written on, but everything is intuitively convenient, you build a figure by points, and the system calculates the perimeter and area for you.
Maybe there is an api to some service for building. Thanks in advance everyone!

I have a feeling that you do not need a library, but a program with a full-fledged user interface.
And AutoCAD can write scripts that will process the constructed drawings. It is possible incl. calculate the perimeter with the area.
Although, of course, AutoCAD for this task is very redundant.
