1 - Most likely you will not find such a plugin and you have to write it yourself. But there is such a site https://tympanus.net/codrops/ . They constantly post interesting things with demos and code similar to this slider.
2 - I think a plugin can easily handle this - https://scrollmagic.io/ .
3 - Pretty sure this can be done with CSS, namely position: sticky;. Well, if not, then I think scrollmagic can.
4 - And here I am sure that I position: sticky;can do this and no additional plugins are needed here.
