What LateX editor do you use on Linux? How do you solve the problem with Russian encodings?

Happy new year everyone). It's time to put in order the accumulated shaft of small articles for some magazines. Everything has to be typed using the LateX markup language under Ubuntu. My choice fell on the texlipse editor for eclipse. To my disappointment, there were problems with the Russian text. Next, I installed gummi, the problem remained unresolved. What editors do you use for LateX layout? How do you solve the problem with the Russian encoding?

I do not have any problems. How did you manage to achieve them?
Editors to choose from: Emacs, Vim, Kile, TeXstudio. There is no point in considering others.

understood 5a4d56312ac68983456440.png
everything.
\usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}
\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
\usepackage[english,russian]{babel}
\usepackage{amsmath,amssymb}
\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
And everything will work ;)
\usepackage {english} - don't do that
