What language to choose for calculations?

You need to do a lot of repetitive calculations on long numbers (thousands of operations on 2048+ bit integers). What is the best language (and which ones for this language) to choose? Parallelization and speed are needed. Is it worth looking towards the now fashionable c#/rust/go, etc. or just c/c++?
