Good afternoon dear developers. I plan to create an application in which it will be possible to record people not through code. That is, let's say input, write down the first and last name and then click add. And they are added to the database of participants. Then there is a random generation and the participants are automatically given tasks.
Can you please tell me which language is best for this? Is it possible to use php js here or are others needed here?
