What knowledge is needed for competent development on Wordpress/Bitrix?

Good day everyone, it's hard to formulate the question itself, but the situation is this:
There is a +/- functioning web studio working with WP using draw&drop (for the most part), but there are also 4 ready-made team members ready for active learning and willing to start work with normal projects.
The plan is to learn WP&Bitrix with a normal approach to development (for simple and medium projects) and (in a wonderful future) start working with some kind of framework (for complex projects).
Actually, the question is, what knowledge (other than marketing/design) is needed in order to be able to develop any projects on WP (including making your own interfaces / finishing or writing themes for the project / doing something interactive and complex)?
From ideas only learning HTML/CSS/PHP/JS/MySql to a normal level, but would really like to know your advice on what we are missing (which JS frameworks to learn, whether to learn SaaS/post/CSS pre-processors/ REST API, etc.)
I know, the question is a little unstructured, but I hope for help, thanks!

You need knowledge of PHP and WP, at least.
PS Bitrix and "normal approach" are incompatible words.

You don’t need Bitrix, but WP, if only for a start, and then switch to normal frameworks like Laravel, Symphony, Yii2 - and it’s more interesting and you will earn more.

functioning web studio

- do not listen to the subjective opinions of techies, for doing business Bitrix is suitable for any studio, if only because it allows you to earn money on the sale of licenses, license renewals, the sale of ready-made partner solutions, plus you can develop your own circulation solutions for the marketplace

There was an answer, nothing new was added:
How to learn php and 1c Bitrix?
Wordpress

- in general, the same as for Bitrix, only the documentation is different
HTML/CSS/JS

- here you need to allocate someone to specialize purely under the frontend
start working with some framework (for complex projects).

For non-standard projects, you can choose Laravel, when it makes sense to use the framework was the answer here
. What are the advantages of a project on laravel than on CMS-Bitrix?
