What kind of web programmer to be?

Good day.
I have experience in C++ programming , some knowledge in HTML , CSS .
I plan to go completely to the web, that is , HTML , CSS , JS , + possibly Python .
In terms of design (drawing layouts and other things), there are abilities, but there is no particular desire to engage in "drawing".
Can anyone advise which "branch to download skills" ( front-end , back-end , etc.) at least to a confident junior (no problems with English)?
