What kind of services can be provided to clients?

There are two people:
the first one has knowledge and experience with java and related technologies, mainly this (spring and its environment, hibernate).
the second is a coder; everything is standard there (html, css, js and frameworks related to these technologies).
These people have 2+ years of experience.
What kind of service can these guys provide with these technologies?
ps There is an idea to develop a client to develop northern applications for android, but this is just an idea)

Soon the questions will go, like: we are the 3rd; 2 typesetters and a programmer. Help find clients.

You can go dig people's garden for $$$$
Etc.
Seriously, what are you good at? Write programs? Make up templates? ...... that's what you do, it's silly to ask here what you should do.

If you are talking about services and clients, then let's approach this in an adult way.
Answer the questions for yourself - who is your typical client, what needs/requests does he have that you can help him solve?
Start with this - these are the basics, then a picture of what you have to offer will emerge.

Java is Android, there's a lot to offer.
And what you want is corporate systems. Try to get into this market as junior programmers.
Serious work on your technologies will not be given directly, IMHO.
