What kind of general mail do employees, but spam not to be missed?

The staff turnover is already tired, and every time you have to be smart with mail accounts. And it's even worse when bills/acts/SF are sent to the mail of a dismissed noreply employee automatically...
info was replaced with hello a long time ago - there is no spam.
I don't use support and admin at all.
To come up with something like this for sales and for accountants...
Acc(accounting)@? Acc1?... I'll never know. Tired of participating in nonsense. Help advice. Thank you!
