Tearing. The problem in Linux is unsolvable. Somewhere worse, somewhere better, somewhere it doesn’t exist at all, but the problem is very old and unbearably annoying.
You can try, of course, turn on vertical sync, but then the interface will lag.
Also try to install the 465 driver, it won't be worse.
Wayland also got rid of this problem, but it is well supported only in advanced distributions, for example, in Fedora.
