What kind of directx was installed in 15 minutes?

Installed clean Windows 10 1903 with all updates.
I put WoT and some other directx starts to install - is that right?
Why, if there is directx 12 in the top ten (I suspect that there will be answers like old libraries are needed, but what about backward compatibility), as well as on other versions of Windows: when installing games, there is always some kind of incomprehensible hat in the form of some other then directx was installed.
Here it is, something was installed there, the dates 2007-2011 flashed, but where can I see which versions of something were installed there, if dxdiag showed version 12 as it does?

Yes.
Forget it, new versions of DirectX are compatible with old ones (but not backwards), so all these flickers are tinsel, 12th will still be used (even if the game needs 9th).
