What keyboard shortcut is used to create a file from a written path?

what is the keyboard shortcut for creating a new file/folder from the path bar
Below, a notification is shown that the file/folder has not been created and it is proposed to create

There should be a keyboard shortcut for this action, tell me who knows :)

The cursor on the path and press ALT + ENTER
does not seem to create the full path right away, you need to create it in separate subfolders. But I'm not sure, maybe I did something wrong ..
