What keyboard shortcut in VS CODE allows the cursor to navigate to the code editor?

Decided to stop using the mouse during development. I found out all the necessary combinations and everything works out except for one: when I need to go to the console, I press CTRL + ~ and it opens and the cursor appears there, now to return the cursor back to the code editor I also have to press CTRL + ~, but the console closes . What do I need to press so that I go back to the code, but the console remains open.
The same goes for the sidebar: each time you have to press CTRL + B to return the cursor to the code editor.
