I have been using KeePass for 10+ years. I used only a browser plugin, but not for long and moved to 1password - it is a million times more convenient. Now, in 1password, all accounts in a row that you don’t mind losing or easy to restore, in keepass - important, without any plugins.

I use only "Google Sync Plugin". An interesting question, sorry for almost no answers!
