What Jupiter Notebook replacement for Win 7 32 Bit can be found?

I have to look for a replacement because the terminal does not work (Terminals are unavailable. ), after reading on GitHub I realized that this is a Win problem, because there is no such problem on linux / unix systems. As a result, I am looking for a replacement for this tool.
Here's why it doesn't work:

At least some kind of replacement is needed, since the search for analogues did not give anything ....

There is nothing even close to Jupiter Notebook. If you need terminal functionality, you'll have to run Notebook under a nix system. One alternative is to write your own implementation that supports Windows.
