Guys, what technologies are the easiest and fastest to implement sites? For example, by processing speed, click response speed, weight and loading time.
I myself use jquery, but the reaction often loses to the same mobile applications, although, logically, a well-written site should not differ much in speed.

First of all Vanilla JS, and then you can look at React, Vue, Angular

Start collecting sites through tasks, like Gulp. Do not use plug-in fonts, frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.).
Faster only with React.
