What JS libraries are there to read online?

Are there js libraries that are analogous to epub.js, but can work not with the epub format, but directly with html?

So that the output is a reader, like in Litres, or Author.today.

epub.js is good, but since it is supposed to be edited quite often, you don't want to constantly regenerate epub files
