What javascript library/framework is there to animate step by step?

There is a certain block, saturated with various controls and geometric shapes. I want the block to appear smoothly when loading a web page. Then some geometric shapes were animated. And then the animation of the controls was performed.
Is there any javascript library or framework so I can "script" the animation? Like: first perform this animation, and after it this one, and then this one.
