What Framework would you recommend for the following tasks?
Creation of corporate sites, online stores, portals, other business solutions.
Of the requirements, it is important: not a very high entry threshold, development speed, the framework is not very “cutting for yourself”, the documentation is available, the community is developed, the opportunity to gain experience in terms of participation in free projects based on a junior developer, etc.

Yii - fits all parameters.

Yii is too strong Russian community, probably the best choice.
But also Laravel is gaining momentum now.
They have a slightly different spirit, so it's worth watching both.
