What is wrong with the PATH environment variable entry?

Hello! I study testing according to the yii2 manual. I'm tormented with the environment variable, I set it like this
C:\Windows\system32; C:\OpenServer\domains\alf.loc\vendor\bin
but in the console when executing the codecept command, it says that "codecept" is not an external or internal command...
Please tell me what's wrong?

Are you running the console from under OpenServer? prntscr.com/ckd7lg
Have you specified the use of your Path + Win Path variable in the OpenServer settings?
