The command php composer.phar phpdoc -Vworks and shows the version. But the command php composer.phar phpdoc -hgives the same error as in the picture.
And I still don’t understand why he writes that he didn’t find composer.json in this folder. In the folder from which I ran the command, it definitely is, or it is necessary that the folder in which the dock is generated lies in the same directory where conposer.json

It shows the composer version. This has nothing to do with phpdoc.
