What is wrong in layout?

Hi, I recently made a layout for training, can you tell me what are the main mistakes in layout? And if not hard to say advice for the future on layout.

1. The image is not
clickable 2. It's better to make the whole block clickable
3. The place indicator is not very suitable here
4. The <i> tag is needed for text formatting, not for icons
5. It is better to make <article> margin on all sides, and not right and bottom only

The text is unreadable, content loading does not work. The picture is not clickable. Why js for tiling? For animation? And with the 5th loading of content, the browser will not start to cough?
header is a tag for the title of the page, not a block, the same goes for the footer.
absolute positioning is evil if used unnecessarily. There you can lay out everything relative.
I wouldn't pay for this. The use of certain methods must be justified. And here everything is done without an idea.
