What is worth studying now, html, css, js + deepened php or better js + framework like react, angular?

My question is, I would like to become a front-end developer, what is better to learn for this? Html, css, js + deepened php, or is it still not advisable to spend time learning php, is it better to learn react, angular? Immediately I apologize if I asked the wrong question, I'm just a beginner at a stretch in this area ...

The question is incorrect because JS frameworks are nothing but JS with a wrapper. If you don't know JS don't bother with frameworks. And to become a front — HTML + CSS + JS. It is also possible to spend some time to at least have an overview of how the back works using the example of the same PHP.
In other words:
1. Without knowing CSS and HTML you will not be able to put together a face;
2. Without knowing JS, you will not be able to revive this face.

first html + css, then js, then any js-framework, then a little backend - php or node.
But for you now, for the next n-tsat months, it matters to think only about html / css / js

Knowing the technologies that you described (in depth), learning the frameworks will take a couple of weeks
