What is used in the vk notification to control music?

The notification is larger than the standard notification size and smaller than notification.bigContentView. At the same time, it expands everywhere from above and is always open.
What kind of widget or style could it be?

I haven't tried it myself, but maybe they use RemoteControlClient, at least it adds a widget to the lockscreen and maybe to the notification area developer.android.com/reference/android/media/Remo...
