What is this strange error when reinstalling Windows?
Good evening.
Save my BRAIN ((((
I've been killing it all day for a stupid mistake! I have a laptop VGN -
AR21MR an old but reliable
model kill yourself, try all the distributions that are (both XP and the seven) the effect is the same, the hard ones also changed.
nothing is connected to the laptop from the periphery that could give such an effect! moments when I reset the BIOS or when the installation disk is in the CD, it can boot the system, but after a second reboot, the same garbage again ((((
Tell me or give advice on what else you can do or try (((((
thanks in advance!

If the OS installation went well, then I would still look at the BIOS settings more carefully. Which devices are offered for download and in what order. I saw somewhere a description of the BIOS with the option to prohibit booting from this device - is there one here?
In, like this: Restoring the boot from the hard drive
Just don't panic! (C)
Google the axis boot order from bios to kernel. At some early stage, your bootloader tells you that it can't find the next part to download. This may be, for example, because a certain bootloader is installed in the MBR, which tries to load a long-missing axis - and the MBR does not rub by default.
what else I found, when you press the ESC key, it shows the BOOT Menu and the funniest thing is there is only a CD-rom and there is no hard disk !!!
Although it is in the BIOS, and I put Windows and all programs on it before rebooting. what do you advise?
