I worked with them a little, the idea is this - they recruit a lot of people, people study, take tests, for each test you pass you get paid (from 5 to 50 dollars), then if you passed all the tests well, they invite you to work for them, for 15 dollars a hour. I passed a couple of English tests, then scored, there was no time, they closed the contract, put a good review. An Indian from Stanford is in charge of all this, in my opinion, it seems to me that this is some kind of psychological experiment, like they want to find out how people are motivated by money)
Even there, before starting work, you need to fill out such a non-figurative questionnaire, it takes a lot of time. At least that's how it used to be.
