What is this "Error during file system creation" error and how to fix it?

I'm asking a question here because. It looks like it's in Java
. I use the Cryptomator program (encrypting files on the fly).
The program works when all encrypted files are on the local drive.
But I need to encrypt data in the cloud. Installed Disk-O from mail ru. Disk-O creates a virtual disk on the system.
I start Cryptomator, I create storage. pointing the way

O:\Personal folders\Files\Unsynced files and folders\TEST\test

The repository is being created.
I choose it - I try to unlock it. Now a new local disk (virtual - mounted) should appear, but an error occurs. Cryptomator writes - see the error in the log.

What is this error and how to fix it?
What's not to like about Cryptomator?

perhaps the developers of the cryptomator managed to work incorrectly with files and are buggy with non-standard characters in names, for example ':'? test by removing such files.
