Through such shortcodes (in curly braces), various content plugins work in Joomla with a wide variety of functionality, the common thing between them is to simplify the insertion of anything into the publication. Plugins can work independently, or they can be part of a component. I looked at your example, something very similar to this component works there . See if there is something like List of items in the admin panel in the components ? Or something about inserting tables.
Also check out the plugin manager (Extensions --> Plugins) for something that makes it easier to insert/import spreadsheets from Excel into a publication. Good luck.
