What is the x86 or ARM computer module allowed for military use in the Russian Federation?

Gentlemen, the task is to work with the military.
You need a fairly powerful computing module. I do not want to contact KOMDIV and MIPS, since I have no experience working with them. I would very much like to find a computer module with an ARM instruction set or, optimally, x86, approved for use. In this case, I do not want to receive a separate permit - the customer persists in including in the TOR what is already permitted. From which side to approach the issue?

Well, there are at least Elbrus, well, the military themselves are not ashamed to probably ask for a list of what is allowed.

Thank you. I will contact them. Although, the mood is pessimistic, because. Until now, all such modules did not have permissions. In the sense that they had permission to use for one specific project, and for the rest it was necessary to obtain separate permissions.
